It has been confirmed that TNA Wrestling cut tenured creative team member Dutch Mantel and road agent Savio Vega this past week.

The releases are said to be no coincidence as Mantel and Vega were both considered allies of Jeff Jarrett. While nothing official has been announced regarding Jarrett's role with TNA, many feel he would be stripped of all power if he were brought back.

According to a well-placed source, additional cuts are in the works, so stay tuned.

Well not really, JB was in the Creative, too if I'm not mistaken.

Russo was the Agent when Jarrett and Mantel was in the Creative Process.

Hell, this story is more interesting then what is happening on Impact. How much will this change the product?

I don't think it will much for now. Apparently, the next few weeks going into the next PPV are 100% uncensored Vince Russo, so this could get pretty ugly.

You'll see a change in the booking the day somebody else takes over. It's gonna definitely reflect in the main event slot. I would not be shocked to see a slow breakup of the Main Event Mafia when the booking takeover takes place.

Well guys, all I can say is this:

We'll have to wait and see what happens next.

I mean, we already saw Kevin Nash lose the TNA Legends Title to Mick Foley and now, we might see Beer Money, Inc. takeback to the TNA World Tag Team Titles and as for Kurt Angle, we might see him lose the TNA World Heavyweight Title to Hernandez and LAX will have both the TNA X Division Title and the TNA World Heavyweight Title.

and as far as the Knockouts Title is concern, we might see TNA Sweetheart Traci, TNA Vixen Tara or maybe Awesome Kong or this next KO from Japan take the belt from her who knows what will happend.

I really think that this is WCW all over again. TNA has put the company on old guys shoulders. don't get me wrong, Angle can stilll go, but Nash can't. He looks terribely slow. Stiener is not what he use to be and I hate Booker T, so my opinion of him is bias.
I know that Nash is old, but so is HBK, HHH, Taker, Angle,..Hell, even Flair is better at the age of 60, then Nash is at 50. It would make Impact much more injoyable for me if they move away from the MEM

Well I don't like to compare a wrestling company to WCW, b/c WCW has had their share of problems, but don't worry, the time will come.

I mean, sometimes it's good to have veterans help out the young guys, but also, the young guys need to learn about the business, too.

Veterian leadership is great, but putting the titles on all old guys. As much as people complain about the WWE, look at the youth in the WWE title match at Summer Slam and the great matches Punk and Hardy have had. I am cool with Angle as the Champ, he has not lost a step. He can still go with anyone. I also question how much wrestling we are going to see from Lashley. Last week, he threw a couple of right hands and a really crappy spear. I don't think that he is committeed to TNA. I don't think he can do both MMA and TNA. I think that the wrestling fans deserve his full attention. By the way TNAguy, you don't have to block my PMs anymore. We can talk civily

Indeed, it's all WWF vs WCW all over again. WCW was betting solely on old established stars while WWF spent more time creating stars to freshen up their main event roster. We thought that TNA wouldn't do the same mistake but they want to compete so bad with WWE that they're doing the EXACT same errors WCW made at the end.

We complain that it's always the same guys hogging the spotlight in WWE but at least, we see some fresh faces flirting with main events. That's not something I can say for TNA at the moment.
