"TMZ has learned Tito Ortiz was just arrested for felony domestic violence at the home he shares with Jenna Jameson."

"We're told when cops arrived to the home in Huntington Beach, CA -- Jenna Jameson had "visible injuries."

"We're told someone called 911 today at 9:53 AM and reported a "disturbance."

"Tito is currently in custody and is being transported to a Huntington Beach jail in Orange County, CA."

I did not like Tito at all before this, but now, I really hate this guy.

I'm actually a little surprised by this. I've never heard or seen anything between Tito and Jenna that would make me think that this would happen. But then again, Chris Brown.

You never know what goes on in these guys personal lives. Violence against woman is one of the most cowardly acts of violence a man can do. I hope she does press charges and he goes to prison. See how good his ground and pound is in the joint.

Released on 4/27 at 2:00AM by mmajunkie.com reports Tito Ortiz(Arrested for Domestic Violence) held a press conference Monday night. He says the alleged domestic abused incident was prompted by Jenna Jameson's addiction to the prescription opiate Oxycontin. Chip Matthews(Ortiz's Lawyer) comments on event:

"Unfortunately, Jenna relapsed this morning and suffered the consequences of that," Chip Matthews, Ortiz's personal lawyer, said at the press conference. "We're here because Tito was trying to help her."

Jenna Jameson spoke to KCAL-TV News outside her home on late Monday and said she suffered a torn rotator cuff in the alleged incident, though Ortiz did not strike her. Also Jameson stated: "He didn't beat me," Jameson said. "We had an argument, and it escalated, and things got out of control ... the cops were called, and because there were visible marks on me, they took him to jail.

Tito is one of the most entertaining figures in MMA history. His antics with Ken Shamrock and the Lion's Den is the stuff of legend. Everybody gets in heated arguments, I'm glad to read this update on the situation. I wasn't going to jump to conclusions so I looked into the story myself and found this article. =]

Former UFC light heavyweight champion, Tito Ortiz dropped a bombshell tonight at a news conference at a restaurant in North Hollywood, revealing his girlfriend and mother to his children, Jenna Jameson is addicted to the drug, Oxycontin.

Ortiz, appeared personally at the news conference flanked by his attorney, Chip Matthews who went on to explain the addiction is what led to the alleged incident that saw the fighter later arrested on charges of domestic violence.

“Jenna has been fighting a battle with OxyContin addiction for the past year. For Tito and her family this has been an uphill battle. Unfortunately this morning she had a relapse. Tito was trying to help her, she has threatened suicide before. Tito has done everything in his power to protect her privacy and the privacy of their children.”

“When you’re dealing with people on OxyContin they don’t always have the best sense of balance. Jenna and Tito have two children together, they planned on spending the rest of their lives together. They want nothing more than to work together on this.”

According to Mattenws, Tito had found a stash of the drug at the couple’s home and confronted Jameson with them but she denied any knowledge of them. Jameson was then allegedly suffering an “emotional breakdown” which prompted a 911 call from her father who was not present in the room.

A sobbing Ortiz then addressed the media himself, saying:

“It means the world to me, my friends and family for their support. My parents have been through an addiction and I see it in the mirror again. I am not going to let my family go through that. I speak from my heart, I hold everything dear to my heart that Jenna will be okay.”

Shamrock was way out of his prime when he and Tito fought. It would have been a completely different story if Shamrock was 30, but he was not. All Tito does is run his mouth and duck fighters. While he was Light Heavyweight Champion, he ducked Liddel and fought guys that were way under his skill level and when he was forced to get in and fight Liddel, he got KO the fuck out.

This whole thing about prescription drug addiction seems to have been brought up by Ortiz and his lawyer. I would like to hear this from Jenna herself before everyone labels her a drug addict.

^^ I don't care whether Tito's a great fighter or not, or whether he would have been owned by Ken Shamrock in his prime. I wasn't saying that I think Tito's an awesome MMA fighter, although I do feel he was once very good. My point was that he's very entertaining. I like guys, in any sport, who entertain me. Tito's trash talk and antics with insulting t-shirts, flipping off the Lion's Den etc is hilarious. I love it, and that's also why Krazy Horse, Rampage and Brock Lesnar are some of my favourite MMA fighters too. And why Ochocinco is my favourite NFL player - easily. Same reasons. They're not necessarily the best athletes but they entertain me hugely.

If a guy is going to run his mouth, especially in a one on one sport like MMA, he best be able to back it up. I know what you mean though. The reason I hate him so much is the reason you like him, so you get people watching him because they either like him or they want to see him get his mouth shut. Either way, people are watching him.

I am not sure who he is going to fight next. He backed out of fighting Liddel, after the TUF season finale and he was owned by Forrest Griffin in his last fight. Maybe Mark Coleman or some other has been he could beat.

Ahhh, nice to get that update. Like I said in my previous post, nothing they've ever done would have any indications of him beating her, so this provides a very special lesson: always judge a book by its cover. You're welcome kids.
